This looks really impressive. Love all the detail, textures and lighting. But I feel like this suffers a bit from strange composition. It's an odd choice to have her face away from the light source. I feel like at least the face should've been illuminated more. that little heart kind of removes from the general atmospheric and realistic feel. The light coming through the hand also looks a bit too pronounced and sharp in my opinion. But other than that this looks really awesome. Good Job.
